Terms and Conditions

By engaging our services, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined here and in the refund policy. The scope of work for each project will be clearly defined and agreed upon before the commencement of services, detailing specific tasks, deliverables, and timelines. Payment terms, including deposits, final payments, and any milestones, will be specified in the service agreement. All client information will be kept confidential and used solely for the purpose of conducting the agreed-upon services, with confidentiality agreements in place to protect client information. Our liability is limited to the value of the services provided, and we are not responsible for any indirect or consequential losses. These terms and conditions can be amended by Earl B. Lovell - S.P. Belcher Inc. at any time without prior notice, with clients being notified of significant changes.

Payment Terms

Payment terms, including deposits, final payments, and any milestones, will be clearly outlined in the service agreement. Invoices will be issued as per the agreed terms, and payments must be made within the specified timeframe. Failure to adhere to the payment terms may result in delays in service or additional charges. We accept payments via cash, check, ACH, wire transfer, and credit cards (fees may apply, please consult your bank).

Confidentiality

All client information will be kept confidential and used solely for the purpose of conducting the agreed-upon services. Confidentiality agreements will be in place to protect client information, ensuring that all data is handled securely and in compliance with relevant privacy laws.

Liability

Our liability is limited to the value of the services provided. We are not responsible for any indirect or consequential losses arising from the services provided. Clients are encouraged to review the scope of work and terms of service thoroughly to ensure all expectations are clear and agreed upon.

Credit Card Disputes

Clients agree to resolve any concerns directly with us amicably. If a dispute is raised with the bank, it results in an immediate suspension of the order until the matter is resolved through the banks. This process can take up to 3-4 months depending on the financial institution. Any survey prints or other work products provided to the client, whether draft, preliminary, or final, are no longer valid until the surveyor's payment is restored.

Collections and Mechanics Liens

In the event of non-payment, Earl B. Lovell - S.P. Belcher Inc. reserves the right to pursue collections and file a mechanic's lien against the property surveyed. Clients will be responsible for any additional costs incurred during the collections process, including but not limited to legal fees, filing fees, and administrative costs.

Amendments

These terms and conditions can be amended by Earl B. Lovell - S.P. Belcher Inc. at any time without prior notice. Clients will be notified of significant changes to the terms and conditions. It is the client's responsibility to review the terms and conditions periodically to stay informed of any updates.
